System concept
Prime requirement of the system is track real time location of 25 cars belongs to ABC Company.

Monitoring Location
ABC CompanyMihindu Mawatha, Colombo 11.
ABC company should provide ADSL internet facility for monitoring location.

System security
Supplier should ensure only authorized officers of the company  have full privilege to access the tracking system and there will not be unauthorized access to the tracking system.  (Supplier should send a written document for this point).
All diagrams/passwords and software cd’s should be handed over to the ABC Company after commissioning the system

System Reliability
Proposed system should have capabilities to track these cars anywhere in the country anytime.

System should consist with following Hardware and Software.


Tracking device in the vehicle. (Specifications attached)

GSM Data Connection of the tracking device.
Suppler should quote for the data SIM cards of the tracking devices and any monthly charges applicable to the system.
SIM cards should be registered to ABC Company Head.

Monitoring PC in the monitoring center and Vehicle Tracking Software (Specification attached for PC setup)
Tracking software should have under mentioned options (If there are any other features bidders can specified)
Real Time Tracking
Route replay for each vehicle
Mileage reports
Ability to take individual printing reports for each vehicle
Ability to update
User Training
Successful bidder should be provided user training for 05 Nos. of users.

Warranty period
Supplier should provide a 2 years warranty period for the whole system after commissioning the system and quote for 5 years maintenance contract after the warranty period.
